Establishment

MMMT has been in Marine Services since 2006. We specialize in advising and managing the tasks that ship owners, agents, shipbuilders, offshore rig operators, marine bankers, marine insurance underwriters, and shipping attorneys face in matters of buying, installing, managing, maintaining, insuring & compensating, selling and mortgaging ships or maritime equipment. MMMT is also an efficient trainer on par with ISO 9001 2008.

Our Expertise

Our expertise is in Registrations of any types of ships and vessels, Registration/de-Registration of naval mortgages, Payment of annual taxes, Radio accounting , Marine Survey to determine adherence to Class, Load Line and SOLAS specifications, Bareboat/ Dual Registry, facilitating issuance of Seafarers Licenses, Full Vessel Investigations including Non Destructive Testing (NDT) using Ultrasound Thickness gauging, Tonnage Calculations, Caribbean Code Consulting & Certification Service, ISM Consulting & Certification Services, assist Offshore Company Formation, advising and managing Marine Insurance (Hull & Machinery, P & I Clubs), Legal services, Technical and other consultancy for Naval & Offshore Architecture, Logistics and Freight forwarding, Training for Personnel and other Ship Management Services. Today ship owners and managers face huge problems in meeting the STCW requirements regarding endorsements and certification of officers and crew. MMMT facilitates not only the requests of Ship Owners for the maritime industry, but also the seafarers through its own maritime training centres. There are very few organizations that take into consideration the interest of the Seafarer and MMMT is one such organization.

MMMT provides the service to all seafarers in obtaining license and seamen book under various flags for Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer and all other officers and ratings as per the STCW (78/95) Convention Regulations, easily and promptly. MMMT through its local office, provides value added services of verification of seafarer’s certificates and fast processing of permanent licenses and endorsements. On most occasions, MMMT would be able to provide the services of endorsements from relevant flag at the home country of seafarer or signing in port.

Its mission statement is to be an academic institution in dynamic equilibrium with its social ecological and economic environment striving continuously for excellence in maritime education, research and techniques internationally.

These services are carried out through our office and many of the services can also be facilitated through our local representation. MMMT uniquely offers many maritime services under one umbrella which saves the ship owners precious time and effort usually wasted on approaching several entities for the disparate services.
